  • 8 fresh sage leaves (coarsely chopped)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of cooking water before draining.
  2. Pound chicken breasts between plastic wrap to an even thickness and slice them into thin strips.
