A collection of four easy dessert dips perfect for parties, including Buckeye Dip, Sugar Cookie Dip, Caramel Apple Dip, and Pumpkin Pie Dip.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened to room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp pure almond extract
  • 3 tbsp whole milk
  • 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles (divided)

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter together in a large mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes until completely smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds until incorporated, then increase to medium speed for 1 minute until fluffy.
  3. Pour in the heavy whipping cream and beat on medium-high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture fluffs up and holds soft, spreadable peaks.
  4. Fold 1/4 cup of the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips into the dip using a silicone spatula.
  5. Transfer the dip to a shallow serving bowl and scatter the remaining 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips over the top.
  6. Heat-treat the flour for food safety by placing the 3/4 cup all-purpose flour in a microwave-safe bowl and microwaving it for 1 minute.
  7. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and unsalted butter together until smooth.
  8. Add the heat-treated flour, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  9. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles, reserving some for garnish.
  10. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with remaining sprinkles.
