- 1/2 cup onion soup mix (dry packet)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cold water (if using cornstarch)
Instructions
- Whisk chicken broth, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and garlic in the slow cooker until dissolved.
- Pat pork chops dry and arrange in a single layer in the pot, spooning liquid over the top.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours until meat is tender.
- Check internal temperature (145°F-155°F) and fork tenderness before removing.
- Transfer chops to a platter, whisk cornstarch slurry into simmering liquid, and thicken gravy for 5-10 minutes.
