- 4 cups Pulled Chicken (cooked and shredded)
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
- 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- ½ cup Diced Red Onions (fresh)
- ½ cup Bacon Bits (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup Green Peas (frozen or fresh)
- ½ cup Sour Cream (full-fat)
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, barbecue sauce, Rotel, onions, peas, sour cream, and half the cheese.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle with bacon bits.
- Top evenly with frozen tater tots and the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until tots are golden and cheese is bubbly; let rest 5 minutes before serving.
