Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a greased 10-inch tube pan with tortilla chips to form a solid base and walls.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, stir in taco seasoning and water, and simmer until thickened.
- Layer half the meat, 1 cup cheese, remaining meat, and final cup of cheese inside the chip-lined pan.
