- 1 medium yellow onion (finely diced)
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.75 ounces)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 cups frozen crinkle-cut tater tots
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon (cooked until crisp and crumbled)
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and diced onion in a skillet; drain fat and transfer to slow cooker.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, thyme, pepper, and salt; stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3 hours.
- Top with frozen tater tots and shredded cheese 30 minutes before serving.
- Broil or cook on High for 15-20 minutes until tots are golden and cheese is melted; garnish with bacon and green onions.
