Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs frozen fully cooked meatballs
- 1 cup honey
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place frozen meatballs in slow cooker; whisk honey, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes; pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours until heated through.
- Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Stir slurry into meatballs, switch to High, and cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Rest for 5 minutes, garnish, and serve.
