- 1 cup diced pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Place smoked cocktail sausages in a 3-quart slow cooker.
- Whisk together brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper; pour over sausages.
- Add diced pineapple chunks and stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours until sausages are hot and sauce begins to thicken.
- Stir occasionally near the end; if sauce is too thin, cook on High for 30 minutes longer. Serve warm.
