  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 serving vanilla ice cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt; pour into bottom.
  2. Arrange cinnamon rolls in a single layer over the sugar mixture.
  3. Toss berries with flour, vanilla, and salt; sprinkle over rolls. Top with walnuts.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 3 to 3.5 hours until dough is cooked through.
  5. Let rest 10 minutes. Drizzle with warmed icing and serve with ice cream.
