- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. In a bowl, mix chicken, rice, vegetables, spices, broth, and soup. Transfer to slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours until rice is tender and chicken reaches 165°F.
- Shred chicken directly in the pot with two forks and stir to combine. Adjust seasoning if needed.
