Ingredients
Scale
- 16 oz cooked chicken breast (shredded) ((about 2 large breasts))
- 8 oz cream cheese ((softened to room temperature))
- 1 cup Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup green onions ((thinly sliced))
- 1 lb lean ground beef ((90% lean or higher))
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Velveeta-style cheese product ((cubed))
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup dill pickle relish ((drained))
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1 jar marinara sauce ((24 oz))
- 8 oz cream cheese ((softened))
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese ((shredded))
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese ((grated))
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices ((chopped))
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut softened cream cheese into cubes and place in a slow cooker; pour in buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Stir in shredded chicken, half the blue cheese crumbles, and green onions. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring gently at the 1-hour mark if needed. Once bubbling and smooth, stir vigorously, sprinkle reserved blue cheese on top, and keep on WARM while serving with chips or celery.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains (5-7 minutes), then drain fat thoroughly. Return meat to skillet or slow cooker and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in ketchup and drained pickle relish. Scatter shredded cheddar and cubed Velveeta on top without stirring initially. Cover and cook on LOW for 1.5 to 2 hours until cheese is melted, stirring gently after 1 hour if necessary. Stir in diced pickles once fully melted and serve warm with chips or bread.
- Place softened cream cheese blocks in a slow cooker and pour marinara sauce over them; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Gently stir until combined, then stir in shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, and chopped pepperoni. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to ensure even melting. If too thin, cook uncovered for 15 minutes; if too thick, add water. Garnish with extra pepperoni or oregano and serve hot with bread or vegetables.

Keywords: Buffalo Chicken Dip Tips: Assemble ingredients in the slow cooker insert without cooking, cover tightly, and refrigerate overnight; add 30 minutes to cooking time when starting from cold. Cheeseburger Dip Tips: If the dip looks too thick after cooking, stir in a splash of milk or beef broth to reach desired consistency; avoid high heat settings which can cause cheese to seize. Pizza Dip Tips: Scrape the sides down with a silicone spatula during each stirring interval to prevent cheese from sticking and burning on the sides of the pot.
