  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup beef panko
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 3 tablespoons cilantro
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 23 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions
