Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss onion wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper; arrange in a single layer on the pan.
  3. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and charred.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in a skillet, then add tomato sauce, lemon juice, and oregano; simmer for 3 minutes.
