  • 12 pineapple rings (drained)
  • 12 maraschino cherries
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  2. In a stand mixer bowl, combine bread flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add cream, egg, tangzhong; knead to form a rough dough.
  3. Gradually add softened butter while kneading until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
  5. Prepare the brown sugar filling and caramel mixture.
  6. Assemble rolls in a lined baking pan with pineapple rings and cherries at the bottom.
  7. Roll out the dough, spread the filling, cut into strips, and place over fruit.
