- 3/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 cups Nestlé Toll House chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp salted butter

- 3 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch cake pan.

- In another bowl, blend eggs, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, sour cream (or buttermilk), and cooled coffee until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed; fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For ganache: melt butter in a saucepan; whisk in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
