Description

Monkey Bread is a pull-apart sweet treat featuring tender, cinnamon-sugar coated dough balls baked in a bundt pan and finished with a creamy white icing drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated large biscuits (16.3 oz)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
  • Red and green sprinkles (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 10-inch bundt pan.
  2. Whisk melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Dip each biscuit in the mixture and pack tightly into the pan.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter.
  6. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze and add sprinkles if desired.
