Ingredients
- 1 lb rotini pasta
- 16 oz Italian salad dressing
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Cook the rotini according to package directions; drain and cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta with mozzarella, chicken ham, pepperoni, olives, tomatoes, and parsley. Add half of the Italian dressing.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined; refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Before serving, stir in remaining dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
