- 1 head green cabbage (cored and thinly sliced into strips (approx. 6 cups))
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into crumbles, then drain excess grease.
- Sauté diced onion and chopped bell peppers until softened, then add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Add sliced cabbage and toss to combine, cooking until it begins to wilt.
- Whisk together broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and spices, then pour over the mixture and bring to a simmer.
- Return beef to the pan, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until cabbage is tender, then adjust seasoning and serve.
