  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
  2. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in a skillet until soft and fragrant.
  3. Brown ground beef, drain excess fat, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce, heavy cream, and half the cheese; simmer until thickened.
  5. Transfer filling to the baking dish, top with puff pastry, tucking edges down.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until pastry is golden brown and puffed.
