- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
- 2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning blend
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out dough into a 12×16 inch rectangle.
- Mix chicken, cheese, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread mixture over dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Roll dough tightly from the long side, pinching seams and ends to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with melted garlic butter. Optional: brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
