Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (craisins)
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios (roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • flaky sea salt (for sprinkling)
  • 16 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 package Oreo cookies (broken into large chunks)
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles (optional)
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (chopped)
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (or crushed shortbread cookies)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper; melt 12 ounces white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth; pour onto pan and spread evenly; immediately sprinkle 1/2 cup dried cranberries and 1/2 cup chopped pistachios over the warm chocolate; drizzle with 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with flaky sea salt; place in refrigerator for at least 45 minutes until fully set; break into irregular pieces by hand.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; melt 16 ounces white chocolate chips in 30-second bursts until smooth; pour onto sheet and spread to a uniform 1/4 inch layer; scatter 1 package of broken Oreo chunks over the chocolate and push slightly in; add 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles if desired while wet; refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes until firm; lift off paper and break into bite-sized shards.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; melt 12 ounces white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth; soften 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter for 10 seconds, drizzle over chocolate, and use a toothpick to create a marbled effect; sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped mini peanut butter cups and 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts over the top; place in freezer for 20 minutes or refrigerator for 40 minutes until completely hardened; break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; melt 12 ounces white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract if using; pour onto pan and spread evenly; scatter 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries followed by 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs over the chocolate and press lightly; refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes until firm; break into pieces and serve or store in the refrigerator.

Keywords: Cranberry Pistachio Caramel Bark Tips: Do not skip the flaky sea salt as it enhances flavors; if caramel is too thick, warm it in the microwave for 10 seconds before drizzling. Oreo Cookie Bark Tips: Break cookies by hand rather than chopping with a knife for a rustic look; reheat chocolate briefly if it becomes too thick while working. Peanut Butter Cup Bark Tips: Chop mini peanut butter cups beforehand for even distribution; do not leave at room temperature for long periods as the bark can become soft and sticky. Strawberry Shortcake Bark Tips: Crush freeze-dried strawberries in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin for best consistency; always store in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
