- 1 package cream of mushroom soup ((10.5 oz))
- 1 can diced tomatoes ((14.5 oz, drained))
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 medium yellow onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour ((optional, for thickening))
Instructions
- Pat beef dry and place in slow cooker with chopped onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, drained tomatoes, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce; stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on Low for 7-8 hours or High for 4-5 hours until beef is tender.
- Mix flour with cold water to create a slurry; stir into gravy and cook on High for 15-20 mins to thicken.
- Taste and adjust seasoning; let rest 5 minutes before serving over potatoes or rice.
