- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into ½-inch strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced finely
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 2 cups fresh spinach (packed loosely)
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium-high, and sear chicken until golden and cooked through (165°F). Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining oil to pan, sauté garlic and Italian seasoning for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth and melted.
- Stir in Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Return chicken to pan and toss to coat. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Assemble wraps by placing spinach on tortillas, topping with chicken mixture, and rolling tightly.
