- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Boil spaghetti for 2 minutes less than package instructions. Drain and set aside. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat. Add onion and sauté until soft, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the beef and sauce mixture in the skillet. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
