Instructions

- Scoop mixture onto the baking sheet in 1.5-inch mounds, spacing them 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until edges are golden brown and tops are set.
- Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before dipping in chocolate if desired.
