  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 12 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 3 cups Cold Milk
  • 3.9 oz Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 3.9 oz Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • Optional: 2 cups Chocolate Chips (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow the cookie dough to soften at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Press the cookie dough into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1.5 cups of Cool Whip until well combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie layer.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together cold milk with both pudding mixes for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  6. Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
