  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 1/2 cups (313 grams) powdered sugar, sifted
  • 4 ounces (113 grams) semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Chopped peanut butter cups, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking pans.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl while combining wet ingredients in another.
