  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into uniform strips and pat dry.
  2. Set up three bowls with seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat firmly in panko.
  4. Shallow fry in 350°F oil until golden brown and 165°F internal temp.
  5. Whisk mayo, sour cream, lemon, garlic, and parsley for the sauce.
