  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust based on bacon saltiness)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped (optional garnish))

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut cabbage into 4 thick wedges, remove cores, and brush with 1 tbsp oil.
  2. Roast cabbage cut-side down for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  3. Mix cooked bacon with cheese and spices in a bowl.
  4. Flip cabbage, fill with bacon mixture, and return to oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and cabbage is tender.
