- 1 jar RAGÚ CHUNKY Tomato, Garlic & Onion sauce (24 oz)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces PHILADELPHIA original cream cheese (softened)
- 12 ounces Barilla PENNE pasta
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic in olive oil until fully cooked and onions are soft.
- Stir in the chunky tomato sauce, softened cream cheese, and heavy whipping cream; simmer until smooth and combined.
- Boil penne pasta until slightly undercooked, drain, and toss with the creamy beef sauce.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden, then rest for 5 minutes before serving.
