  • 15 oz whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta until slightly undercooked, drain, and mix sauce with half the cheeses.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic, brown beef, season, and cool slightly.
