- 2 tablespoons Dry milk powder

- 1 ¼ cups Warm water ((300ml))
- 1 large Egg ((beaten))
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter ((melted))
- 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese ((shredded))
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese ((shredded))
- 2 tablespoons Butter ((softened, for topping))
- 1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
Instructions
- Activate yeast in warm water and sugar, then mix with flour, milk powder, salt, melted butter, and egg to form a dough.
- Knead dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic, then let rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
- Divide dough into 12 balls, roll into circles, fill with cheese mixture, seal edges, and shape into rounds.
- Let shaped rolls rise again for 30-45 minutes, then brush with egg wash before baking.
- Bake at 375°F for 18-22 minutes until golden brown, then brush with butter and parsley immediately upon removal.
