- 1 lb lean ground beef (85/15 blend)
- 1 medium yellow onion (finely diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon (cooked until crisp and crumbled)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp pickles (chopped)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
- Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; drain excess grease.
- Stretch dough onto the baking sheet, dock with a fork, and leave a rim.
- Spread ketchup, mayo, and pickle mixture over the dough.
- Top with beef mixture, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
