  • 3 ½ tablespoons/50 grams cold butter (cubed, for crumble topping)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (or more, to taste, for crumble topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 340°F (170°C) and line muffin pans with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon for the crumble topping; mix until crumbly and refrigerate.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and oil together. Add sugar and buttermilk; mix well.
  4. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt; stir gently until combined.
  5. Fill muffin cups halfway with batter, add berries on top, then cover with more batter.
