Instructions
- Sauté onions and garlic, then brown the ground beef with spices.
- Stir in beans, corn, and tomatoes; simmer briefly and cool slightly.
- Fill tortillas with meat mixture and cheese, leaving borders clear.
- Roll burritos tightly by folding sides and tucking the bottom.
- Fry burritos seam-side down in oil until golden brown on both sides.
