Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then toss with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange sprouts cut-side down on the pan and roast for 20 minutes.
