  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate bars, chopped
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting (optional))

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch pan with foil. Melt butter and sugar together until dissolved and warm.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and Baileys Irish Cream. Mix until combined.
  3. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft. Cool completely.
  5. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Spread over cooled brownies. Chill for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt chopped chocolate with a splash of Baileys or milk to make ganache. Pour over cream layer. Chill for 1 hour to set. Slice and serve.
