- 4–6 double-ply thick medium pita breads
- Olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped tomatoes, minced onions, parsley, 7 Spice, sumac, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Cut each pita in half and gently open the pockets.
- Spoon about 3-4 tablespoons of the meat mixture into each pita half. Seal securely.
