Ingredients

- ¼ tsp cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- Peel and chop the apple into small chunks, then cook in a saucepan with water over medium heat until soft (3-5 minutes). Cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
- Mix in crumbled shortbread biscuits and cinnamon; fold in cooled apple chunks and melted white chocolate. Chill for one hour.
- Roll mixture into balls and chill again for 30 minutes.
- Dip each ball in melted white chocolate using a fork; allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon before refrigerating until set.
