Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Mix in vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. Fold in chopped nuts and swirl in ½ cup caramel sauce, reserving 2 tbsp for topping.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Toss apple wedges with remaining ½ tsp cinnamon.
