These creamy, crunchy dessert salads are perfect for quick weeknight treats or potlucks, requiring minimal prep time while delivering rich flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreos (16 oz)
  • 1 container Cool Whip (8 oz)
  • 1 can mandarin oranges (15 oz)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 jar creamy peanut butter (16 oz)
  • 1 container Cool Whip (8 oz)
  • 1 package Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (12 oz)
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 container Cool Whip (8 oz)
  • 1 package Nilla Wafers (12 oz)
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 package Twix bars (12 oz)
  • 1 container Cool Whip (8 oz)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (15 oz)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Place all but 8 whole cookies into a large bowl and pulse or crush into coarse crumbs; add thawed Cool Whip, drained mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows, then gently fold until evenly distributed; transfer to a serving bowl, cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes; just before serving, crumble the 8 reserved cookies and sprinkle over the top.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, scoop creamy peanut butter and add thawed Cool Whip, stirring vigorously until fully incorporated and smooth; fold in chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups; slice 2 large bananas into ½-inch rounds and gently fold them into the mixture; transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately within one hour of assembly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine dry instant vanilla pudding mix and thawed Cool Whip, mixing thoroughly until the powder is dissolved and the mixture is smooth; fold in crushed Nilla Wafers aiming for a mix of fine crumbs and small chunks; slice 2 large bananas thinly and gently fold them into the pudding mixture; let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
  4. Remove wrappers from Twix bars and chop into small bite-sized cubes; drain crushed pineapple in a fine-mesh strainer, pressing gently to remove excess liquid; in a large bowl, fold together thawed Cool Whip, drained pineapple, chopped Twix, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow crumbs to soften slightly before serving cold.
