Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice ((about 6–8 limes))
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 4 cups lemon-lime soda ((chilled))
  • 1 cup sparkling water ((optional, for extra fizz))
  • fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • lime slices (for garnish)
  • 1 bottle cranberry juice cocktail ((64 oz))
  • 1 bottle grape juice ((64 oz, purple))
  • 1 liter orange soda ((chilled))
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries ((strawberries, blueberries, raspberries))
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • slice of orange (for garnish)
  • 2 liters Peach Fanta ((or similar peach soda, chilled))
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream ((per serving, approx. 1 quart total))
  • 1 cup peach sorbet ((optional, for extra peach intensity))
  • whipped cream (for topping)
  • maraschino cherries (for garnish)
  • 1 bottle cola ((2 liters, chilled))
  • 1 cup cherry juice cocktail
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup club soda ((optional, for extra fizz))
  • 1 orange sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries ((pitted))
  • cinnamon sticks ((optional, for garnish))

Instructions

  1. Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until dissolved; remove from heat and cool to room temperature to create simple syrup. In a large pitcher, whisk together fresh lime juice, cooled simple syrup, and pineapple juice. Add chilled lemon-lime soda and optional sparkling water, stirring gently to preserve carbonation. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Serve immediately over ice cubes, garnished with fresh mint leaves and lime slices.
  2. Pour cranberry juice and grape juice into a large punch bowl or pitcher. Add fresh orange juice and stir gently to combine. Slowly pour in chilled orange soda, stirring slowly to maintain carbonation. Add frozen mixed berries directly into the punch to act as natural ice cubes. Let the punch sit for 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld and berries to soften slightly.
  3. Chill a large punch bowl or pitcher in the freezer for 15 minutes. Pour chilled Peach Fanta into the cold bowl. Add vanilla ice cream scoops directly into the soda and let sit for 30 seconds to soften. Gently stir with a long spoon until the ice cream melts partially and creates a creamy foam. Serve immediately in tall glasses, topping each serving with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine chilled cola, cherry juice, and orange juice. Stir gently to blend. If using club soda, add it now and give one final gentle stir. Add orange slices and pitted cherries to the pitcher and let infuse for at least 15 minutes before serving. Serve over ice in highball glasses, garnishing each glass with a cinnamon stick if desired.

Keywords: Make the simple syrup and lime juice mixture up to two days in advance; add the soda only right before serving to ensure the drink remains bubbly. Do not use fresh ice cubes if you want the strongest berry flavor; rely entirely on the frozen berries. Serve this punch immediately after mixing as the texture will become thin and watery once the ice cream fully melts and soda goes flat; keep remaining soda in the fridge and add fresh ice cream portions as needed. Ensure all ingredients are well-chilled before mixing because warm soda loses its carbonation quickly.
