Description

Delicious no-bake cookie dough bites with four distinct flavor profiles, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
  • 1/2 cup mini M&M's candies
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 8 pieces Oreo cookies (finely crushed) (reserve some crumbs for garnish)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2–3 tablespoons milk
  • 6 pieces mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (chopped into quarters)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heat-treated flour, salt, and both sugars until well combined; add the softened butter and vanilla extract and mix until the mixture resembles wet sand; gradually stir in the heavy cream or milk one tablespoon at a time until the dough comes together into a cohesive ball; gently fold in the mini M&M's candies; scoop the dough into small balls approximately 1 inch in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined tray; refrigerate the bites for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
  2. Cream the softened butter and powdered sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes; beat in the vanilla extract and mix in the heat-treated flour until just combined; add the milk one tablespoon at a time until the dough reaches a scoopable consistency; gently fold in the finely crushed Oreo cookies, leaving a few larger chunks if desired for texture; roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; dust the tops with reserved Oreo crumbs and refrigerate for 45 minutes to set.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the heat-treated flour, sugar, and salt; add the softened butter and vanilla extract, mixing until the dough begins to clump together; stir in the heavy cream slowly until the dough holds together when pressed between fingers; gently fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal, being careful not to crush the pieces too much; using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls; place the bites on a tray and freeze for 20 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  4. Cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth; mix in the vanilla extract and salt, then gradually add the heat-treated flour; add milk one teaspoon at a time until the dough is pliable but not sticky; fold in the chopped mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, ensuring they are distributed evenly; roll the dough into 1-inch balls and arrange them on a parchment-lined tray; chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the peanut butter cups to firm up within the dough.
