  • ½ cup warm whole milk
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced finely)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz)
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Activate yeast in warm milk and sugar for 5–10 minutes until foamy; mix in egg, melted butter, and salt, then gradually add flour and knead for 5–7 minutes; let dough rise in a greased bowl for 60–90 minutes until doubled; punch down, divide into 12 balls, and arrange snugly in a greased 9×13 inch pan; cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes while preheating oven to 375°F (190°C); bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean; whisk melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and parsley for the glaze; immediately brush hot glaze over rolls and let cool in pan for 5 minutes before serving.
  2. Line an 8×8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper; mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until resembling wet sand and press firmly into the bottom of the pan; beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then add peanut butter, vanilla, and salt mixing just until combined; spread mixture evenly over the crust; refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm; lift bars out using parchment overhang and slice with a sharp knife dipped in hot water.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with foil; whisk melted butter and sugar vigorously for 1 minute until glossy, then beat in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla; sift cocoa powder, flour, and salt into the wet mixture and fold gently until just combined; fold in chocolate chips if using; pour batter into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly soft; let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack for at least 1 hour before lifting out and cutting into squares.
  4. Boil penne pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente and drain; preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish; toss cooked pasta with marinara sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning until coated; spread pasta mixture into the prepared dish, scatter pepperoni slices on top, and cover with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses; bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown; let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Keywords: Garlic Butter Rolls Tips: If your kitchen is cold, place the covered dough in the microwave with a cup of boiling water next to it to create a warm, draft-free rising environment. Peanut Butter Bars Tips: To make cleanup easier, spray the spatula with cooking spray before spreading the filling to prevent sticking. Fudgy Brownies Tips: Do not overbake; the residual heat will continue to cook the center after you remove the pan from the oven. Pizza Casserole Tips: If the pasta seems dry after mixing, add a splash of pasta water or a little extra sauce to ensure everything stays moist.
