  • 125 ml grated Havarti cheese
  • 125 ml grated Gruyère cheese
  • 125 ml mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices sourdough bread

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced mushrooms until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce; cook until mushrooms are golden brown.

  4. Toast sourdough slices under the broiler until lightly golden on both sides.
