Instructions
- Blanch the beef ribs in a large pot of boiling water for 3–4 minutes to remove impurities. Drain and set aside.

- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 45 minutes to an hour until the beef is tender.
- Season the soup with salt and white pepper according to your taste.
