  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (chopped)

  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (grated)
