  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
  • Roasted red peppers (optional)
  • Sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter for topping
  • 1 garlic clove, minced for topping
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Sauté spinach in a pan over medium heat until wilted (2-3 minutes) then let cool and drain.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sautéed spinach with artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Spread the filling evenly over the dough while leaving a border.
  6. Seal the edges tightly and bake on a baking sheet for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic after baking and sprinkle with parsley.
