  • 6 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup carrot, shredded
  • 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Blend avocado with Greek yogurt or sour cream, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, and salt until smooth. Add water if needed for consistency.
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
