  • 1 green onion (finely sliced)

  • 1 ½ tbsp rice vinegar

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

Instructions

  1. Cut off the ends of the cucumbers and place one between two chopsticks. Cut at a 45° angle to create thin diagonal slices without cutting all the way through. Flip and make perpendicular cuts to maintain a spiral effect.
